Recruiting: Two players, including unrated DT Denzel Daxon, commit to Miami Hurricanes

The Hurricanes added two players to their 2019 class on Saturday.

Miami Norland High defensive tackle Denzel Daxon committed to UM, according to 247Sports.

Daxon is listed at 6-foot-3 and 305 pounds. He has not been rated by recruiting services.

Additionally, Zac Smith, a walk-on fullback from IMG Academy said he will attend UM in 2019:

UM has seven scholarship commits in its 2019 class, which is rated fifth nationally by 247Sports’ composite ratings. The headliner is Miami-Doral Academy receiver Brieon Fuller, a 6-foot-1, 170-pound four-star prospect. Defensive end Derick Hunter (6-5, 251) is also a four-star recruit.
