Yes, Mark Richt can still throw a football

CORAL GABLES — In case you were wondering, Mark Richt still has his throwing form at 58.

Richt, who threw 229 passes in a Hurricanes uniform from 1978-82, threw one to a couple youngsters who attended Saturday’s practice.

That’d be the first time this UM beat writer saw him sling it, hence the “Pokémon” tweet.
