Miami, according to the early Las Vegas thinking, is an underdog at home to Notre Dame.

The Hurricanes (8-0, 6-0 ACC), ranked seventh in the Associated Press poll, are a 3.5-point underdog to the third-ranked Fighting Irish (8-1), per VegasInsider.

UM opened as an underdog last week at home against Virginia Tech. By kickoff, the line had swung in the opposite direction, giving Miami a slight edge.

The game is 8 p.m. Saturday (ABC) and is one of the marquee games of the college football season, with heavy College Football Playoff implications. Miami will host ESPN’s College GameDay for the first time since Nov. 17, 2001.
